The Original Fish Bag by Curlworks features a 17" x 6.75" design with a rubber worm zipper pull, D-ring, and buckle, plus an adjustable 1.5" cotton strap.
The strap can be adjusted from ~36" to 80" (91cm - 203cm), allowing you to wear it as a crossbody or large fanny pack.
