Refund policy

ONLINE ORDERS

We are happy to accept online returns submitted within 10 days of package arrival that meet shop requirements.

Customer is responsible for return shipping, it is not free or included. 

At this stage of the shop, we are a small team and require a 10% restocking fee. Returns are processed upon receipt of all items and after inspection. Products must be in new condition to be resold.

Damaged/defected items will allow a 50% refund (not including restocking fee).

 

EVENT/WORKSHOP CANCELATION POLICY

within 5 days: 75% of your booking cost is refundable
within 3-1 days: 50% of your booking cost is refundable
within 24 hours - Unfortunately we are unable to issue any refund.
