Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we'll begin by reconnecting with the season of the Heart—the element associated with joy, vitality, and meaningful connection. Through gentle meditation, mindful tasting exercise, and seasonal reflections, we'll slow down and cultivate presence before transforming fresh fruits and vegetables into beautiful prints.
